Product Description
The Winco CBI-1520 commercial-grade plastic cutting board is specially designed for use in professional restaurant and foodservice kitchens. This large 15" x 20" x 1/2" chopping board features a groove along the edge to catch juices and liquids from running off the board allowing for faster, more efficient prep ideal for cutting fruit, vegetables, and meats. Made from high-density plastic material, this professional white cutting board won’t crack, warp or rot and is highly resistant to staining. This material is specially designed to reduce knife dulling. The 15" x 20" x 1/2" plastic cutting board is designed to withstand daily use in a commercial environment. Dishwasher safe for both residential and commercial dishwashers. NSF Certified. BPA free.
